This is a good cinquain. I can't find anything wrong with it. It makes me want to go to Qdoba. The only question I have is whether the first letter of each line is supposed to be capitalized? They are capitalized in the example in the book, but that might not matter.
I like it too, and I'm definitely hungry for Mexican food now. It looks more "professional" or "published" or something like that with all the first words capitalized, I think.
The only thing that should probably be changed is the capitalization of the first word in every line.
