This is a good cinquain, but I think you forgot that each line is supposed to have more syllables than the last. "Empty Streets" and "Through Downtown" have the same number of syllables.
Like Aaron said, each line is supposed to have more syllables than the line before it. Other then that, the cinquain is good.
